BRRRRRRRRRR we are in feels like temps of upper teens here (I know not bad compared to up north)
1. We have made it to Little Rock, Arkansas and been here a week. In that week James has had 2 days off for snow/ice and the rest have been delayed starts.... Welcome to winter

This was the day after we pulled in and a pic of the house we are staying at
2. Hadley's potty training has taken a turn for the worse ugh and it started before we came to little rock so it's not that (even though it's not helping). I won't go into crazy details but just wanted to document it's not all rainbows here. At least we have had several days to try and reinstate some kind of training while we are stuck inside.

3. Tantrums galore = Hadley since age 1.5 to now.... but they've gotten worse. She wants something and I say no and it's a meltdown for 10 minutes. It doesn't help that we are stir crazy in the house. We are planning activities for when we can drive safely on the roads like library time, zoos, museums and more. I'm reading the Mom's On Call Toddler
book now to give us some new insights on how to better parent Hadley. She definitely is a tough cookie but she's cute.

Today Show, Maddie, Hadley, and a fire = snow days

isn't she the cutest! we had to buy her a new hat (and they are NOT easy to come by since everyone has "spring" stuff out
Snow is only fun when it's a lot for a day and then goes away :) I hear 60's are on their way to us soon. Hope you get it, too!! Good luck in your parenting reading adventures. It's always something to new to learn to navigate.
ReplyDeleteI hardly believe that sweet smiling girl is capable of tantrums. So cute in that hat!
