We had a pretty full March. Hadley and I discovered we had (almost) matching military green jackets. We also solidified our relationships of being bests :)
Hadley is also besties with Maddie and Maddie likes it most of the time, not sure if the picture below was one of those times.....
I squeezed in my first refinishing job! I did most of the work myself but James came in at the end to just help a bit. We've had this table about 9 years. I hated it since the day I bought it but we needed a table and it has fit in every space/house we've ever had. It was cheap and we needed a table so that is why we have it, haha. It had a lot of scratches and heat spots on the top so we decided to refinish it. The top came out really nice and then I decided I wanted it to look more like a farm house (square) table. James distressed the legs a bit and I could not be more pleased with our table! It's definitely way better than it was, and until we get a new house with a formal dining room, it will surely do!
This is outfit number 1 for Easter festivities. We attended a kid easter egg hunt and it was a tad chilly so we opted for her pantsuit.
So excited!
We had to get maddie in on the pictures :)
action shot, it was on nice turf
Easter outfit #2
Her cousin was equally as excited! Coco was wearing the dress Hadley wore two years back, so adorable.
We were off to my sister's neighborhood Spring festival. They had a super legit balloon animal artist... this was her Ariel.... amazing and lasted a few weeks!
Her other cousin, Max, after the egg hunt! Although we did not get "the golden egg" it was still a blast!
So pretty
Hadley insists from time to time to have braids so here she is in her "fishing" attire.
Hadley's Great Grandmom sent her these SUPER cute Easter bunny earrings in the mail and she was ecstatic to wear them! She loves a good clip earring and these were perfect. Hadley is quite the jewelry fashion girl.
Obligatory Easter bunny photo.... She went willingly but her face does look a bit terrified.
Easter cousins (outfit #3) on the actual Easter. Max with his girls
The parentless children. Their parents caught the stomach bug and could not make the festivities and the family party had to be moved to my house. I lysol sprayed the kids before leaving their house (I picked them up) and then wiped down their hands PLUS made them wash before they could come in haha, I am not kidding and nobody else ended up sick! (coco did like a week later).
James' birthday ended up being ON easter this year so he had to share some spotlight. Contrary to what the picture makes you believe, he did not turn 31 but there are two other candles that are hiding behind each other. Hadley is always about birthdays because she is a serious cake/ice cream connoisseur. So it was fitting that she chose an ice-cream cake for him.
Our other cousins came for the Easter/bday party and baby Owen had to endure some dolls and tiaras :)
We had an eventful March with lots of fun.

Lots of easter fun and adorable outfits!
